- Certification /PPE Facilitator training
- First opportunity in Europe to become a “Facilitator in human error reduction and cultural change”
- Practical Training 4 days from 22 -25 November 2010
What is a PPI Facilitator?
PPI Facilitators are the backbone of the Practicing Perfection® process.
As a PPI Facilitator, you will be able to capitalize upon your background and work experience, combined with the knowledge and insights you'll receive through the PPC Certification training process to become an expert- an expert in Practicing Perfection®, an expert in human error reduction and human performance enhancement.
Depending upon client needs, you will be involved in many (if not all) aspects of the rollout process.
A typical roll out within an organization involves development of a
- Culture Profile,
- Leadership Team Training,
- Mastery Training,
- Champion Training and
- development of various implementation elements of the process such as the Front Line Supervisor Challenge and
- Practicing Perfection® Continuous Improvement (PPCI).
What is a PPC Certification?
Certification is a comprehensive "train-the-trainer" process. It begins with a significant amount of self-study, allowing candidates to develop a baseline of knowledge and awareness regarding human error and key aspects of human performance enhancement.
Once the self-study portion of the training is complete, candidates participate in a week-long immersion training, where they are taught directly by Tim Autrey and Stacey Hefner
During the immersion portion of the training, candidates are given an in-depth education in all of:
- the elements of the Practicing Perfection® approach to individual and organizational human performance improvement and enhancement,
- as well as the opportunity to experience the all the training modules of the leadership training combined with many exercises and facilitations used during rollout within the organization or at client site.
Candidates are required to give two individual and one team presentation during the immersion training. The presentations are critiqued, and coaching is provided on presentation technique, strategy, and content.
The Code of Honor is a cornerstone of the Practicing Perfection approach to changing organizational culture. During the immersion training, each PPC class develops its own Code of Honor, giving each candidate the opportunity to experience this process, both as participant and facilitator.
Upon successful completion of the immersion training, candidates are awarded the professional designation of "PPC" (Practicing Perfection Certified), a designation becoming recognized as the hallmark of excellence in human performance enhancement.
There are two types of licenses currently available through the Certification process:
- In-House Facilitator
- This license authorizes the certified individual to facilitate the implementation of Practicing Perfection® within their parent organization. Many clients choose to have a few key members of the organization acquire PPC Certification.
- PPI Facilitator
- This license authorizes the certified individual to facilitate the implementation of Practicing Perfection® for PPI/A.C.I. clients on behalf of PPI/A.C.I.clients. For further info on this opportunity contact us on 0032/15/41.25.63

No matter what the industry; no matter how thorough the research or analysis, successful implementation of Six Sigma and/or LEAN improvement efforts have a common element critical to success: implementation by people. This Special Report eliminates much of the mystery behind human performance and human error, and offers tangible methods that will help you overcome what might be the ultimate challenge of any improvement effort.
Viral Accountability™: When 'Good Enough' is Not an Option
Most performance improvement professionals have embraced the fact that the only means by which to achieve long term sustainable performance improvement is by changing the culture of the organization. While appearing to be the key to 'next-level' performance, this raises a major challenge- how to do it. This Special Report details HOW to approach the members of your organization in a manner that inspires a sense of ownership, fosters peer leadership, and proactively generates culture change from inside out.
